Dr. Kimball invited to participate as a consultant to ConforMis, a company which develops design specific total and partial knee replacements. His specific task is to help refine the instrumentation employed in the technique of patient specific total knee replacement.

Dr. Kimball met with other design and development specialists and surgeons in Las Vegas, Nevada practicing the surgical techniques of performing patient specific total knee replacement for ConforMis.
May 2010- Dr. Kimball became a Surgical Consultant to Cayenne Medical for the purpose of participating in various prospective studies to look at short and long term outcomes following ACL reconstructive surgery.
From 2004-2007 Dr. Kimball was a “learning site” and instructor of Orthopaedic Surgeons. In this capacity, he taught surgeons computer navigation techniques in total knee replacement in the operating room.
Dr. Kimball was also selected as a learning site by Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s leading producers of knee replacement components.
